If NAPA pays anything under this Limited Warranty and the NAPA AUTOPRO Consumer has a right to recover costs from another party, the NAPA AUTOPRO Consumers rights will become NAPAs rights, up to the amount NAPA paid, and the NAPA AUTOPRO Consumer will do whatever is necessary to enable NAPA to enforce these rights.
